The Confidence Project

The best project you will ever work on is YOU! So I am glad you found this page and me!

Maybe you are interested in a solution that helps you break past our biggest excuses…no time, hate the gym, lack of commitment, no accountability, little support, don’t know where to start, etc, etc.

Maybe you are here because you have a healthy routine but are missing the positivity and support you see in my community. You want something more than the gym…you want camaraderie!

Maybe you have a lot of weight to lose. Maybe you just want to prioritize yourself for once. Maybe you want to simplify your healthy routine. Maybe you want to boost your energy with one simple daily step.

Whatever the reason…you have found the solution!

Here is what you can expect from my approach.

I had ALL the excuses and spent a long time in a downward spiral, putting myself last on the priority list and losing my confidence. I found that this approach of nutrition + fitness + support not only really WORKS for fitness or weight loss results, but to also helps you feel strong, builds confidence and lasting friendships in my online community.

Here is a quick breakdown of the nutrition + fitness + community approach for you and don’t hesitate to ask me any questions!

Fitness

Everyone and anyone can do the workout programs I recommend and get great results. With my nutrition + fitness + support approach you will get a YEAR of access to a Digital On Demand streaming library to access from your computer, tablet, Amazon Fire, Apple TV, or smartphone! You get every workout ever released by Beachbody, an $8000 value, at your fingertips. You will never get bored with the variety of programs at your finger tips and may programs have 30-80 unique, recorded live workouts so you feel like you are actually in a live class!

Each workout has a modifier to show easier moves so if you are just getting started you are not going to be out of your league. And as you get stronger, you can increase the intensity, weights, and follow other variations of each move. Our next step would be I recommend the appropriate fitness program and/or modifications for you.

Nutrition Plan

I have two nutrition approaches to fuel your body and boost your metabolism. Click on the link of which seems like a better fit for you…or check out both and chat with me if you need help deciding on which is for you.

My Portion Education System takes all the guesswork out of  fueling your body for weight loss or for building muscle. There’s no counting, no guessing, and no wondering. Just easy-to-follow portion control. It’s simple, it’s fast, and it works. It is not a diet, it is a simplified approach to eating balanced nutrition…and it gets results with our without exercise.

If you eat out a lot, don’t prepare your own food, have struggled with measurement programs, need to eat three big meals a day, have struggled with structures approaches, have an unhealthy relationship with food and you feel like a portion control system won’t work for you, check out my Mindset Makeover Approach. Again, this approach is not a diet and will get results with or without exercise.

A key to success with either nutrition plan is Shakeology. It simplifies your nutrition by adding a convenient and delicious daily superfood protein shake that helps give you energy for your workouts, reduces junk food cravings, and help you reach your fitness goals faster.
