Grilled Honey-Balsamic Salmon

Yes, most of my recipe descriptions say easy…so you figured me out…I am all about quick and easy (let me clarify) in the kitchen! Get your healthy omega fats in this delicious, grilled salmon. This is also great on pork chops and chicken.

6 tbsp honey
6 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic power
8 6 ounce salmon steaks (about ½ inch thick)
Cooking spray

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Brush mixture over fish. You can marinade for longer if you have time.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Place fish on grill over medium-hot coals (350°F to 400°F). Grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve immediately.
