6 tbsp honey
6 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic power
8 6 ounce salmon steaks (about ½ inch thick)
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Brush mixture over fish. You can marinade for longer if you have time.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Place fish on grill over medium-hot coals (350°F to 400°F). Grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
