Light and Sweet Coffee

This dairy-free, coffee latte is naturally-sweetened and vegan, for a healthy alternative to Starbucks. It’s ready in just minutes! The key is to leave those unnatural, processed creamers behind. I recommend any unsweetened, vanilla flavored milk that is non-dairy. My preference is cashew milk because it is thick and creamy. Almond milk is another great choice.


1/4 cup unsweetened, cashew or almond milk (plain or vanilla)

1 cup hot brewed coffee

1 packet all-natural sweetener Stevia (or coconut sugar)

¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


Combine all of the ingredients in a mug and stir.

Or for a frothy latte, combine in blender and blend until frothy. When using a blender, be careful when opening it up. Twist the top open a bit to release the steam pressure before fully opening.

Adjust flavor to taste and serve warm.
