My mission is to free you from negative self-image and lack of motivation so your confidence can soar!
As your fitness and nutrition coach, I provide accountability to turn your commitment into results. My first step is to spend time learning about your goals. Are you interested in losing weight, increasing muscle tone, increasing muscle mass, learning to eat nutritionally balanced, setting a healthy example for your family members, fitting into a favorite pair of pants, looking great at an upcoming event, etc.?
Once we connect about your goals, I will recommend an appropriate meal plan and workout schedule. I provide you with example meal plans, recipes, and meal prep advice to make the nutrition plan easy. I will also motivate you to complete the daily exercise for your program or get some form of activity in each day. I provide this coaching online through a smartphone app or a private Facebook page and to you individually.
I am available anytime to answer your questions, hear your concerns, and provide you with the motivation you need to be better than you were yesterday! I can empathize with your situation as I was in need of an accountability coach not long ago.
