My Life Balance Workshop
Reserve your spot for my free group for people who are so busy and overbooked that they are just running from one thing to another with no time to think about themselves.
What I am planning is a one week group with a short activity each day (~15 minutes) focused on identifying and prioritizing values, exercises to evaluate how we are performing to those, and setting 2-3 goals and actions to work on going forward by the end of the week.
I am building it from scratch by pulling together exercises and activities that have helped me gain balance through personal development over the last 2 years. I would love to have you join me and provide me feedback about how it helps you live a more intentional life!
