Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte
This dairy-free pumpkin spice latte is naturally-sweetened and vegan, for a healthy alternative to Starbucks. It’s ready in just minutes! The key is to get an unsweetened almond or cashew milk. I like to get the unsweetened vanilla ones.
Ingredients
½ cup unsweetened, plain or vanilla almond milk
½ to 1 cup hot brewed coffee
1 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon maple syrup (or natural sweetener like Stevia or coconut sugar)
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Or you can whisk the ingredients together in a pan over medium heat on the stove whisking to combine well! When using a blender, be careful when opening it up. Twist the top open a bit to release the steam pressure before fully opening.
Adjust flavor to taste and serve warm.
