This is an easy, 21 Day Fix approved snack…and it’s kid approved, too! So easy and filling because it combines fruit, healthy fat and carbs! All good things your body needs to fuel you right! Don’t be cutting out all fats and carbs because your body needs them in the right proportions. This snack is perfect for that!
Ingredients
1/2 banana or apple
1/2 Flatout wrap
1 tsp natural peanut butter
Instructions
- Cut 1 Flatout wrap in half.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on it.
- Wrap around 1/2 a banana
- ENJOY!
It is also kid approved! And if you have one that doesn’t like bananas, like my baby girl here, you can make this with apple slices. YUM!
