Adding in exercise is not required to meet your health goals, but I do have a large selection of workouts that everyone and anyone can do. Optionally, you can add a YEAR of access to a Digital On Demand streaming library to access to the Netflix of Fitness, an $8000 value, at your fingertips. You will never get bored with the variety of programs and many programs are recorded live so you feel like you are actually in a live class! Each workout has a modifier to show easier moves so if you are just getting started you are not going to be out of your league. And as you get stronger, you can increase the intensity, weights, and follow other variations of each move.
