Don’t undo the results you have achieved so far! No equipment, no problem!
When we are on the go, it is harder to fit in a workout – especially when we have no equipment. But that is no excuse! Here is a great high intensity workout that can be done in either 20 minutes or 36 minutes depending on the time you have. You can do this workout anywhere – a hotel room, your living room or out in a beautiful park or on the beach. No equipment, no problem! Little space, no problem No excuses…be active!
If you don’t recognize some of these moves like burpees or skater jumps, Google them – there are video explanations.
