Banana Peanut Butter Shakeology
1 scoop/packet Shakeology – my favorite is chocolate, second fav is Strawberry
1/2 frozen banana (peel banana, cut in half, and freeze overnight) or 1 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 tsp natural peanut butter (optional)
1 cup spinach
4-6 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until your delicious shake is ready. With the spinach, this can be a meal replacement shake – I usually drink it for breakfast on my way to work. But it is also a great morning or afternoon snack.
21 Day Fix: 1 red/protein, 1 purple/fruit, 1 green/veggie, 1 tsp
