What is #mbf?

Basics:

  • Super Trainer Megan Davies (winner of The 20s and creator of Clean Week)

  • Two 3 week programs designed to be done back to back

  • 25-45 minute workouts

  • Set to music so you can push your pace, find your rhythm, and let the music help drive you to burn maximum calories.

  • 7 days a week: M/W/F- Strength training, T/H- Cardio, Saturday- EMOMs (every minute on the minute), Sunday- Recovery

#mbf is made up  of two 3-week programs—#mbf Muscle Burns Fat and #mbfa Muscle Burns Fat Advanced—designed to be done back-to-back. #mbf is perfect for beginners and will lead you right into #mbfa. Led by Super Trainer Megan Davies, these 25- to 45-minute strength-training and cardio workouts will help you tone, tighten and scorch calories!

Who Is #mbf and #mbfa for?

#mbf Muscle Burns Fat is a beginner program that features simple, easy-to-follow moves and 25- to 35-minute workouts.

You’ll have fun and work hard, with Megan and the cast giving you all the encouragement you need to get you across the finish line.

#mbfa Muscle Burns Fat Advanced is an intermediate program with longer 25- to 40-minute workouts that build on the moves you learned in #mbf and includes Megan Minutes, which are 1-minute challenges using heavy weights and low-rep burnouts.

Who is Megan Davies?

Super Trainer Megan Davies is the creator of #mbf - Muscle Burns Fat. Megan began her career as a personal trainer in college. She then spent years training clients and expanding her skills, earning certifications from the NSCA and the Fitness Institute International, and opening her own gym. After winning the Beachbody fitness reality show, THE 20s (which you can watch on BOD!), Megan was chosen as the next Beachbody Super Trainer to create her first program, Clean Week. I am so excited for you to get to know her - she is so upbeat and her attitude helps me power through my workouts!

Growing up at her family’s gym, Super Trainer Megan Davies learned a few insider tricks to help her clients build lean muscle, burn serious calories, and get the body they’ve always wanted. Now, she’s sharing her best routines in two three-week programs designed to be done back-to-back:

#mbf Muscle Burns Fat and #mbfa Muscle Burns Fat Advanced, with VIP Early Access launching July 27.

“People are always asking me the secret to losing weight for good and getting a seriously toned physique. The answer is easy because it’s so simple — no matter your goals, you need resistance training. July 7th: Coaches can purchase and start workouts

July 20: #mbfa Sample workout launch

July 27th: Customers can purchase and start workouts

August 17th: #mbfa workouts start

Late December 2020: #mbf and #mbfa on BOD

What equipment is required?

  • Light, medium and heavy dumbbells

  • BOD Rope – our new weighted, cordless indoor jump rope!

What is the nutrition plan like?

Megan says. “You can’t starve yourself. Building muscle and getting toned takes FUEL. I know it sounds counterintuitive, but you have to eat to lose weight. That includes healthy meals and your daily Shakeology and Beachbody Performance supplements.”
