Glaze Ingredients
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 lb pork loin or pork chops
Preparation
- Combine the glaze ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Add the pork and coat with the glaze. Cover and refrigerate.
- When ready to grill, remove pork from refrigerator and heat grill.
- Place meat on the grill and cook over medium high heat until done.
