This six-week program delivers a lean, mean full-body transformation. You’ll do five workouts a week ranging from 30-40 minutes that are all about strength, stamina, and speed.

  • March 9-22: Coach-Exclusive Test Group
  • March 23: Customer Launch
  • April 6: VIP Early Access
  • April 6-19: 10 Rounds VIP Group led by Joel Freeman (yup, you can be in this!)
  • October 1: Released to streaming members (test groups led with Joel will be closed at this point)
