You’ll do five workouts a week ranging from 30-40 minutes that are all about strength, stamina, and speed.

- March 9-22: Coach-Exclusive Test Group
- March 23: Customer Launch
- April 6: VIP Early Access
- April 6-19: 10 Rounds VIP Group led by Joel Freeman (yup, you can be in this!)
- October 1: Released to streaming members (test groups led with Joel will be closed at this point)
- Program length: 6 weeks
- Workouts per week: 5
- 3 days of boxing, 2 days of weight lifting
- Workout length: 30-40 minutes
