I am Jenny Dobmeier, founder and CEO of Fuse, LLC Consulting. My mission is to help emerging leaders unlock their full potential, enabling them to lead with confidence and achieve sustainable success.

With over 20 years of corporate leadership experience at a Fortune 500 company, I’ve held roles spanning global business, product management, marketing, supply chain, and innovation. These experiences have shaped my ability to guide leaders in creating strategic visions while excelling in execution.

As an executive coach, I focus on the total person. I understand the demands of high-stakes careers, having faced them myself, and I’ve discovered that prioritizing balance and personal wellness isn’t just important—it’s essential to becoming an effective leader, partner, friend and parent. My approach centers on helping professionals reclaim their edge by building intentional habits that align with both their career and personal aspirations.

The Power of STEM Leadership and Education

In addition to leading Fuse, LLC, I’m a professor at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, where I teach and consult in Strategic Planning, Innovation, Marketing, Global Business, and Supply Chain Management. My background in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics—rooted in a Bachelor’s in Physics, a Master’s in Engineering and 20 years working in STEM industries—drives my passion for equipping today’s professionals with the tools to lead in a world of constant innovation.

I bring together my real-world experience and academic foundation to design impactful coaching and leadership programs. Whether helping leaders craft a bold vision for their teams, refine operational strategies, or enhance personal effectiveness, I thrive on empowering others to transform challenges into opportunities.
